Fantastic service from everyone we dealt with at Enfys. My grandmother's house was marketed after an honest conversation about a realistic price to market the property for. We had viewings booked within a few days and SSTC on day 14 on the market! Their sales pricing structure is very fair compared to the market. My grandmother was hospitalised due to falling ill shortly after going to market and they worked around the family to organise viewings.
Previous attempts to sell with another agent previously were fruitless due to them being adamant on marketing the property far too high.
I can't recommend enfys enough for anyone looking to sell within their catchment area

From the initial meeting with Pete, followed by all the hard provided by Teri and Ffion, I knew I had made the right choice when selecting a new agent.
When providing viewing appointments they went out of their way to accommodate the viewers requests.
All calls and emails were replied to promptly and with great efficiency.
Do not look any further, I would recommend Enfys Estates to everyone looking to sell (or buy) their property in the North Wales Area.

We originally had our house for sale last year With Enfys and reluctantly had to pull out of the sale due to rising potential costs on our new property. We have used Enfys Estates again this year as our house is now sold and once again they've been brilliant with us and really patient. Pete and Nikki offered fantastic service. I had phone calls at 9am and even a text at 7am to arrange a viewing. They were available outside normal office hours, including over the bank holiday weekend. My buyer was impressed how quickly they responded to her email and their friendly demeanor. I would happily use them again. The best Estate Agency in Llandudno!

My husband and I had several viewings of different properties with Enfys Estates, and are currently pending completion of a sale on a property we found with them. As buyers, we were really happy with them as agents - we saw houses with both Pete and Nikki and they were both very knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond to answer questions during and after the viewings. Communication was always fast, and we felt that they were open and honest - not a feeling to take for granted when you're on the property market!
