I want to set a huge thank you to Cenk and Imran, who helped me out finding a flat very smoothly. To put it simply, I visited on a Tuesday and moved in on the Saturday. Never seen that before.
That makes you want to stay away from the big firms of the trade. This agency on the contrary is efficient, adapt to your needs and treat you with respect and a human approach.

Excellent student flat and fenners have been so helpful in sorting the tenancy out for my son living away from home for the first time as a student. This has not only given us piece of mind but also the flat is ideally situated near to the university he attends with local amenities near by. We live in the North East but Cenk has kept us updated through the whole process. We would Highly recommend Fenners properties.

I really appreciated how maintenance was not reliant on an actual landlord, but rather, a company. It made it easier to contact and get done when things needed fixing.
Also, the alternate deposit scheme (reposit) was so valuable to us as students, and it made the moving time a lot less stressful

For our first flat hunt, we found Fenners helpful and communicative - and after we decided to back out of applying to the property, they stated they'd be happy to help again in the future if we need with no hard feelings.
