Francesca came to value our house and did some viewings whilst Molly worked behind the scenes and managed the detail of the sale process. We had briefly explored other agents but as soon as we met Francesca it was instantly apparent that she was both friendly and savvy and knew the market well. Without them we wouldn’t be in our new home, Fran in particular went above and beyond to help us through a very stressful experience with our purchase. Estate Agents get a bad reputation generally, but I don’t feel this is in anyway representative of the guys at FYE. They were honest, and helpful throughout. Their vast experience was telling.

Find your Eden - specifically Keir, Georgie, and Alison have been great from start to finish with my property sale. Keir was great during the valuation, talking me through the whole process and what to expect; making himself available for any questions via text. The fact the valuers do the viewings is excellent because I could be sure they would be able to answer buyers questions and know all about the property (something I as a buyer find other agents dont do!). These guys are the absolute best!! The time they spent selling my home and the effort they put in was outstanding.
Keir was there every step of the way, he took all the photos and videos of our house and held all our viewings. Keir would even respond to my WhatsApp messages outside of working hours!
Alison in the office kept us up to date with all progress and again went above and beyond in her efforts to answer and help with all my questions no matter how small.
Georgie got us the best deal and was there for the good and the bad that comes with selling a home -his advice was priceless.

From the outset-Keir gave me an honest and realistic idea of what I could achieve for my apartment-and he was spot on!

If you are planning on selling your home, we could not recommend Find Your Eden enough. As this was our first time selling (and we like to do things right!), we had six different estate agents over to provide a valuation and discuss the sale of our home, and Alex was by far the friendliest, most relaxed and professional person we met. He shared his in-depth knowledge, without putting any pressure on us, and we pretty much knew instantly that we would be in safe hands with FYE.
Once agreeing to list our property with FYE, the team worked fast to get our house on the market within days. Keir, who took the photos and wrote the description of the house, was again highly knowledgeable, professional and down to earth, taking his time to chat and ensure we were happy with everything (lighting candles, putting up with my cheesy 'house viewings' playlist and even fixing a dodgy wardrobe door in between viewings, free of charge!)
Georgie... what can I say about Georgie... he looked after every detail and kept everybody happy throughout the whole process. My most valued advisor... my therapist when things went wrong... he just went absolutely above and beyond. I talked to him more during the sale than some of my best friends - the communication (and reassurance when things went south) was excellent throughout and I just cannot thank him enough.
Fran was also lovely; she always gave great advice and phone calls with her were just like chatting to a friend!

Having initially signed up with a cheaper estate agent and having a terrible experience, we signed up with and successfully sold our home through Find Your Eden (FYE) over a period of 4 months.
Our initial consultation was with Fran who was very down to earth and friendly, but reassuringly oozed a wealth of experience. We were provided with a realistic valuation of our property in an informal, no-pressure manner and within days our home was listed on Right Move.
Georgie then took over the day-to-day management of our property listing. Despite FYE having dozens of properties on their books, every time we spoke with Georgie we felt like we were their only client. Georgie, also having lots of experience behind him, was able to guide us through all of the viewings and some tricky negotiation with our eventual buyer - keeping us calm through the quieter periods and smoothing things over when dealing with the unexpected.
Good communication is paramount when you're dealing with something as significant as your home and these guys were very responsive. They would respond to emails, phone calls and instant messages all in good time. We never once felt like we were being fobbed off because they were dealing with other clients and they called back when they said they would. Cannot fault these guys on their communication.
FYE are utmost professionals who know their stuff and are personable to boot. They earned every penny of their commission and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. An absolute breath of fresh air in the real estate industry!

How an estate agency should be! We recently moved and thankfully instructed Find Your Eden to handle our sale and purchase.
We decided to use them as we were impressed with them from the buyers perspective - when we started looking for somewhere to move into last year. Professional, organised and friendly. And we were also unimpressed with the other local agents runnings viewings. We wanted potential buyers to have a good experience from our estate agent to give our house the best chance of selling for the best price.
We were dreading the upheaval of moving but Georgie & Fran truly made it as smooth as possible. They couldn’t have done more. Professional, honest and helpful from the start to completion. Never had to chase them and they were very responsive throughout with queries we had. They also recommended using Susanna at VC Law for the conveyancing who again was fantastic.
Having previously gone through an awful experience with another estate agent when we bought our last place, and hearing friends get ignored by their estate agents after paying fees up front, it was such a breath of fresh air dealing with Georgie & Fran.
