We were the buyers on a recent transaction where Poppy was the Sellers' agent...so she was not working for us. We found her to be extremely diligent and hard working, suffered our queries (of which there were many!) with good grace and humour.
She provided a far superior service to that which we received from the agents for our sale and without her tenacity to move things along, we doubt whether the chain would have completed.

We recently sold our house at the end of four parties in a chain which was tricky and fraught with problems. Poppy worked tirelessly to line up a suitable buyer, and dealt with the numerous queries and issues during the sale process in a very speedy and professional manner. She kept us informed at all times as to what was happening, but also shielded us from some of the background noise that was not material to the sale.
To her immense credit she also managed the sales process down the chain, in part because some of the other agents were fairly incompetent, and without her perseverance we strongly believe the sale may well have fallen apart.
I have worked with a number of agents over the past few years and Poppy is by far the most competent, professional, personable agent and she persevered right to the very end. She has a high level of honesty and integrity, which in our experience is not always the case in the industry. She has a very endearing way of asking for our opinion on key matters, and backing it up with her own view based on sound logic and experience. In summary, she exceeded our expectations all the way through the sale process. Highly recommended as an estate agent.
