? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.... Read more

Professional approach, excellent manner. They helped me all the way to get viewings done and sale of my property. It was smooth sale. I could call them anytime to discuss before sale legal matters. I would give 0 stars at this point moved in before Christmas and we still haven’t been told rent or any bills what so ever which is gonna leave anyone in debt who lives here aswell every tenant in my building is unhappy with the service of galaxy the building is amazing but the service help and staff is utterly awful also not to mention the fact that when I was calling 35mins before they shut there was 2 staff members in there and they were ignoring the phone absolutely disgusting and disrespectful be careful choosing these guys don’t get stuck in the same situation as myself UPDATE: they finally gave us our bills and its left us in thousands of pounds worth of debt also we have a broken dishwasher that we are trying to get fixed they gave us an appointment which we had to stay in the whole day and they didn't turn up and now when i call back they just keep saying they have forwarded the message onto the right people and they will not give us a contact number to the repair people !!! They seem to have a lack of communication and seem unprofessional in a lot of matters that we call them about getting very frustrated !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Never dealt with such rude and incompetent people in my life! They have left me and my 2 disabled children with no heating or hot water in this weather, takes hours for them to respond and now have to wait until Monday for boiler to be fixed, most likely because they don’t want to pay out of hours fees. Do not rent/buy off of this company! It id the worst estate agents I’ve set my eyes on. They ignore you and let you live in dangerous settings, they let homeless people smoke drugs and cause harm to the residents and let them steal off you without no safety network. Stay away from this Estate agent. We have been facing Boiler issue for months now and nothing much has been done except a standard reply that it has been escalated to the right team. Their behaviour towards client is rude and there is no response to numerous emails and messages. If I was you I will just stay away from doing any business with this estate agents.
