We have used Gallus for a long period of time and have nothing but positive things to say. Never had any issues, and always had support and someone at the other end of the phone 24/7.
We originally contacted to rent out our property and had a great tenant in within 10 days and the day after we left, taking all of the stress of moving home and paying for two properties away.
Most Recently we used to sell the property. Not only did They achieve to sell at a great price which we are delighted with they had the property sold within 1 week of being on the market.
Gallus have taken all the stress off my hands allowing me to be really hands off with the property and allow me to focus on more important things. Would definitely use Gallus again and highly recommend.

Gallus took all of the pain out of getting my flat ready to rent and on the market. I think they're good on the tenant side too - rapidly forwarding requests/issues to me as necessary (and then dealing with the issue quickly).
Several of the tradespeople who were doing work to the flat also commented on how different Gallus are to many of the letting agencies with bigger portfolios - actually taking the time to visit the flats and directly managing any work/certificates that are needed.

As a Non-UK citizen, purchasing my first Buy-to-Let property through Gallus Lettings couldn’t have been easier. Matthew was there for me from the very beginning of proposing various properties, all the way to fixing my chosen one up and renting it out. Everything in-between such as renovation, cosmetic upgrades, needed repairs and check-ups for electricity, gas, as well as dealing with administrative stuff was clearly, and very importantly, always immediately communicated. There was never a time I felt unsafe, ignored, or ghosted. Now that everything has been handled, I can see invoices and statements through a comprehensive online landlord management system and related app. I am very looking forward to my next purchase and can only highly recommend Gallus Lettings.

Matthew has worked effectively to deliver an end to end service which has minimised the amount of time that I have had to spend. His hard work has enabled the project to be let out significantly above Matthew's indicated rental value. I am now involved with Matthew on 2 further projects and looking forwards to further projects. I would not hesitate to recommend or vouch for Matthew and Gallus Property.
Updated 27/06/2022. Matthew, Andrew and Jenna have now sourced and renovated 11 properties for us (ranging from a lick of paint up to a full internal renovation). They have consistently exceeded our expectations in the quality of their work and thus been able to command premium rents. Management of tenancies is exceptional. The Gallus team always resolve issues quickly. On the very rare occasion when tenants have moved on, the team are exceptionally quick to re-advertise and assess the market level of rent. Hence, void periods have to date been negligible. I genuinely believe that 2 of the best decisions a buy to let landlord can make are:- 1. Invest in and around Glasgow: 2. Employ Gallus Lettings.

Mathew at Gallus Property recently took over the management of my Airbnb flat in the Westend of Glasgow. Unfortunately, a couple of days into first rental there were some serious issues with boiler. I couldn’t understate the efforts that he went to in order to rectify the problem as smoothly as possible for the guests.
He is always very prompt in replying to guests, and it’s now being managed beyond my expectations. Also, incredibly competitive management fees, especially for such a dedicated level of service.

My partner and I stayed in Matt's Buchanan Street property and it was fantastic! The location of the flat was perfect. For anyone wishing to stay in Glasgow city centre I very much doubt you'll find a better located flat than Matt's on Buchanan Street. The flat itself was beautifully designed and had everything you could ask for or need. And I must make a special mention for the murial that Matt had custom made for his balcony as it's a must see and it really helps seperate his property from other Airbnb's I considered. What also really helped make our stay better was Matt's knowledge of Glasgow as it's second to none - especially If you need any restaurant recommendations then he is definitely your man.
