I was purchasing a property some time ago through them, I was a first time buyer and pregnant. They knew the vendor was selling privately behind my back and this agent kept me hanging there right until the process had gone through. I happened to call and said I’d just signed some of the last documents and sent them to the solicitors where they informed me the seller had pulled out (shouldn’t they have called me?) I since found out the vendor gave them a settlement for keeping me on the back burner in case the private buyer pulled out. Very unethical, to add on top I was 6 months pregnant by this point and had to find somewhere else VERY quickly to have my newborn.... Read more
