? 1 Star – Completely Unacceptable Living Conditions I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. For five years I repeatedly reported serious repair issues that were never properly resolved. During that time, my six-year-old child was forced to live in unacceptable and unsafe conditions. The property had broken internal doors, a constantly leaking bathroom, rusted and leaking radiators, and a kitchen full of damp and mould. The issues were ongoing and left unattended despite numerous complaints. What makes this worse is that instead of addressing the disrepair, their house cleaner was posting videos on Instagram showcasing the property — yet it was still in the same poor condition I had been left to live in for seven years. Nothing meaningful had been fixed. It felt like appearance mattered more than tenant welfare. No child should have to grow up in a home with persistent leaks, mould, and broken fixtures. The lack of urgency, care, and basic responsibility shown throughout my tenancy was beyond disappointing. I would not recommend renting through them.... Read more

Really unprofessional service from Hana Khan and the rest of the team at Glenthorpe homes. Booked in a viewing with my property designer and nobody showed up to greet him. He travelled 5 hours to get to the property and ended up having to have a neighbour let him in because everyone had the day off, despite the fact Hana confirmed the viewing. Replies have been really slow from Hana and also the general mailbox. Was told the property on Princess Street had been thoroughly cleaned but was disgusting inside and it clearly hadn’t been. If this is how Hana and the team operate, I am very surprised by the fact they are still in business and I would recommend that any landlords seek business elsewhere.... Read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!! Totally unprofessional agency. Home run agency without any set processes. Hana and a Nadia were my contacts. I should have read reviews before going through them. All reviews are bad for this agency. Took fees but didn't follow any single procedures while renting out. No property photos taken, no records of inventory. Given in all filthy condition. Once tenancy over claimed all the deposit money with the help of owner. All 100% lies. We took matter to DPS and got our money back ! I can only say AVOID at all costs.... Read more

Rude and obnoxious lady on reception. Books appointment and then doesn’t confirm by text or email and blames the customer. When customer wants to speak to someone else, laughs through the phones find herself too important when she’s the one who messed up bookings! Never go to them. Prior to making to this agent they were very responsive. I spoke with a Hana and a Nadia. I do not trust these people. Once they received the funds they went missing. We had major issues with the flat and they misrepresented the condition of the flat which was deplorable. We have sent several texts, emails and have left voice messages. No response. At this very moment we are waiting to be refunded all funds. We will be reporting them.... Read more

We decided to rent through them, paid the agency fee, from then on they messed us around, didn't respond to calls or emails, and three weeks before we were due to move in they messaged saying the landlord had changed his mind and was going to give the property to a family member. However we then found the property up for rent again, and after a lot of probing, they finally revealed the landlord wanted to rent it to a family, which either meant they were lying to begin with, or just didn't communicate their message clearly enough. Then to top it all off, they didn't refund the agency fee in full, despite this being an indiscretion on their part! Avoid these guys at all costs, unresponsive to calls and emails, and severely lacking in empathy, dreadful customer service.... Read more

Time wasters! I spent days trying to speak to this agency. Emailed, left voicemail's and they never answered the phone. They never returned my calls or emails and then when I finally got through the advert they had put up was actually incorrect!
