First, the gap between price on the market and expected sale price was very wide. Hense 6 weeks later price drop was suggested.
Second, a bit too much over promised that resulted to under delivering.

We sold our flat with GL and almost bought a house through them too. Miles and Simon worked so hard to keep our chains together. They were easy to communicate with. They maintained our sellers for an entire year. We were disappointed throughout the process but they kept our spirits up and constantly showed us properties that they had on the market as soon as they arrived on. They also had a high proportion of homes in the BN3 area. They got to know us very well. We would recommend them.

We have spent quite a lot of time house hunting in the Brighton and Hove area and we were repeatedly let down by estate agents. Poor or no communication and unprofessional. We got to the point of doubting that we’ll ever find a home.

Simon and his team are professional, available and able to deliver to a meritorious standard, where sadly less experienced agents fail.
