From the initial enquiry to me and my partner moving in, they always took their time to help us understand the ins and out. We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. Many of the listings advertised online don’t seem to be real or available, and enquiries are ignored. Communication is almost non-existent, and the voicemail comes across very casual, which doesn’t inspire confidence that this is a fully functioning agency.
It felt like a waste of time trying to get in touch. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.

We are family of 3 from HKG. We rent a house before coming to uk from a Chinese but it’s totally different from what we expected and far beyond the contract. We hurry up look for other place to move and keep sending request but very few responses from the property agency because we have no job references. Until we met Matthew from Good Neighbour Estate, we got a light of hope. He kept updating me the new properties they have on hand that suited our requirements and budget and arranged house visit quickly. You are a very responsible and reliable agent. Appreciated your help and highly recommend to everyone who is in need to look for a comfortable home.

I would highly recommend this place! I needed a place last minute due to being let down by a new build that was meant to be ready months ago! All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the area they serve and are absolutely amazing in making my move as stress-free as possible. Their attention to detail is second to none. After being let down by other agents, I was blessed to see how it should be done. The team is highly personable and attentive. Just a phone call away, I never felt like a bother.
