We had the worst experience with Graham & Co. Do not touch this agent with a barge pole. They overpromised and ultimately couldn’t deliver the service anywhere near what is expected at bare minimum, let alone what they promised. They didn’t get anywhere near achieving a sale for our property. Complete waste of time and money, don’t fall for their lies. We disputed an invoice with them due to their poor service, they didn’t care and immediately launched into a legal claim against us. We have reported to Ombudsman. Stay well clear!... Read more

I am very happy to recommend Graham & Co! Obviously the important thing was they sold our property in 6 weeks and the offer was good and within what they had suggested when valuing our property. This aside, they have been excellent to work with - great communication with quick response times and without us having to follow them up; friendly but also polite and respectful; and encouraging without being unrealistic about potential sales....
