I highly recommend Grantley in Godalming for dealing with any house move. Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure our sale went smoothly. Buying a house can be a stressful experience but Jennifer at Grantley’s went beyond expectations to help the process go smoothly and I very much appreciated being able to draw on her local network of experts, particularly as I’m new to the area. Perhaps unusually I found Jennifer to be principled in making sure that both the sellers and myself were treated fairly, standing up for reasonable expectations on both sides. I cannot express how grateful we are to Charlie and his team at Grantley. We moved from Spain and were getting very worried/stressed about finding a property in our budget and for our needs. We contacted all of the agencies but Grantley's and in particular Charlie were so empathetic, conscientious, enthusiastic, understanding and caring.
