I first started doing business with Greengate Residential in 2014 and since then I have not looked back. A lot of agents charge percentages for management and not only do very little sometimes fail to even pay your rent even with guaranteed rent. The service I have received is 10/10, the communicating I have received is 10/10 and the company’s knowledge on anything property related including licences and regulations is 100% accurate. The individuals involved a long with the staff have helped me grow my business and together we have formed an amazing friendship along with way. They have been and always will be my first point of contact with property. Thanks once again guys for renting yet another property so efficiently and finding me the perfect tenant yet again....
