From start to finish, Hall Properties were professional, helpful and made our journey into tenancy simple and straightforward. In particular, Melissa from Hall Properties helped show us around the property, gave us all of the paperwork and explained everything at each stage. I would use Hall Properties again in the future for renting or buying and would recommend them to anyone.

Incredible experience from start to finish, the professionals at Halls were courteous, helpful, supportive, and understanding of all the difficulties for a first time renter. Really felt like they had my best interests at heart, and they've been helpful and genuine even once I've completed the move. Really thankful for their help, and would use again (but hoping I don't need to!)

After a strong recommendation from a friend who is experienced in property lettings, Vicky Park @ Hall Properties did an excellent job of finding me a suitable house; processing the application and speeding everything through so that I was able to collect the keys just four days after first approaching Hall Properties.

I use Hall Properties to manage the rental of a property I have in the area . Since I am not local, I use their Fully Managed Package. They organised everything at the start, to get the house decorated and ready for tenants. They kept me informed at each stage, getting quotes and using reliable trades people to get jobs done. They found tenants quickly and since they moved in I have had no problems, and I get regular updates from Hall Properties. Thanks Paulina and Carl for making this process stress free and easy.

From the minute I rang up to view the property to signing the tenancy with my 80 year old mum Gayle and Kaitlyn were fabulous and there was no stress involved at all. All the girls were lovely in the office we loved chatting with them which makes a difference especially to us anyway. Thankyou for everything ???? and I would highly reccomend Hall Properties!

I wouldn't move into one of their properties as the agents seem to help themselves into properties without any notification or warning
. Felt really uneasy as it was late evening around half 7 on a Friday night. Appalling and thuggish behaviour if I'm honest and will be leaving the property very soon.

I never recommend to do business with this agent. Total disappointment. They confirmed a move in date before the formal application but denied that date after I paid the application fee. Therefore I recalled my application but it took me 5 months to get my money back through the PRS. Think twice before you work with these people.

I had plenty of things to say.
This company phoned me back after i contacted them via email.
I specifically stated and ask more then once to see if i could put my reference fees in and then my bond a little later. After i explained the reason for this was i have lost money with previous agencies has onces ive paid they tell me im not eligible and basically dont refund. After around a weeks or 2 of arrangeing to view a house i can most definetly have. To be then told after travelling to view this house over 3 hours. There is no guarentee. From some big geesa who acted more of a bully bouncing about started to state how much of a family business is run. But then stated what the previous lady had said was basically not on the table any more. I would just like to point out this joke of a company was more then willing to take my money to just tell me that i couldnt have a house. To also be told a pack of lies about my housing benefit entitlement witch i have claimed for years already.
Just stay clear money grabbing soleless horrible mug of a company really needs to sort there acts out. Just waste your time and are really willing to let you down . Will lie to get you through door just to get your money.
Really not happy after today experience .
