My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.

I was so happy with how everything went until I got my house they were not helpful at all at didn’t even care that they had upset me as I got no response and even when I called I got told my email was skimmed past. There response time is awful on things they do not want to deal with. They also do not provide floor plans. On my second viewing I got given the key for the property as the person showing me said they had to dash and if I could return the key to then find him on his lunch. The process was great, I was happy I got the property but the customer service after was just awful and I am extremely disappointed
