I have found the staff at Hanover to be excellent to deal with. Having been with another agency first, there was a world of difference in terms of being able to talk to an understanding and supportive sales or lettings agent. We've just purchased our first home with Charlie Kibblewhite at Hanover, and he was truly excellent! Four years (yes, FOUR) of property viewings, and he never once showed any sign of impatience. Charlie's communication was excellent - quick to respond to texts, calls and emails, typically within a few minutes.
When we finally found the right home, Charlie was invaluable throughout the conveyancing process. Whenever issues arose, he resolved them promptly, making what could have been quite stressful much more manageable.
Though you're typically limited to working with the agency that has the property you're interested in, I would recommend contacting Hanover if they happen to be among those representing a property you like.

Not all agencies are the same! Selling a flat in St Johns Wood at what we knew could be a tricky time we approached a number of agencies and chose Hanover, an independent company that seemed the most realistic, proactive and flexible. Outstanding. If I could give 10 stars I would as I feel 5 stars don’t do justice. Charlie Kibblewhite was our agent who helped see through the transaction right from the inception all the way through to completion on the property. Along the way there were MANY obstacles and Charlie was exceptional at delicately dealing with each of them and finding solutions for all that suited both the buyer and the seller. Charlie is extremely motivated and keen to see things through so you know you are in great hands when he’s on your side. I would definitely recommend Hanover to whoever may be considering buying, selling, letting or renting. Hanover is your estate agent and Charlie is your man.

I arranged to view the property, that I ultimately took, with Courtney at 5:30 pm and due to travel arrangements i couldn’t make the agreed time. Refreshingly, Courtney didn’t have an issue at all and agreed to meet me at the property at 9:00 am the following morning.
