Harmony were quick to reply to my message regarding information to market my house. We made an appointment for that week amd I met Ashley, she was lovely, warm and caring. She explained all the services that they could provide, explained and costs and broke them down. She also suggested solicitors which was very helpful. They quickly organised photos and surveyor and signposts all in the same day so that I did not have to take too much time out for appointments. Dawn came to arrange the photos and was also very lovely. They are a great team. We have felt very well looked after. We had a lot of viewings and sold our house in under 3 wks. Ashley has kept in touch along the way with feedback, offers etc. I would highly recommend Harmony Homes."

The photographer, Martin, was fantastic with the superb pictures and video all ready through one night. There are a lot of estate agencies these days, everyone seems to be doing it as well as the traditional solicitors. Harmony Homes seem relatively new to the game but don’t let that put you off, they absolutely know the business and communication is fantastic.
We dealt with Ashley, one of the owners, and we were kept informed every step of the way.
The pictures, aerial drone footage, viewing to suit the viewers were all excellent.
Got the price we wanted and I would say that was mainly thanks to Harmony Homes and how they marketed our property.

My partner was going to sell his property with Harmony homes, David the listing agent was lovely and was very attentive. However his boss Dawn I don’t have great things to say about. On the day of photos being taken she showed up over an hour late. Before she got there David was great and was consulting us on everything he was moving and why he was moving it. When Dawn eventually decided to show up, things kept disappearing without asking. She kept whispering to him to move stuff which I think is highly unprofessional and they moved things they were asked not to move because my partner wanted them to stay in the place they were. When telling her we didn’t want it moved she proceeded to make a face as if she was a toddler going in a huff. We later seen that the things we didn’t want them to move had been edited out of photos behind our back. We were not happy with the photos and video and we were told that that is the style they do and they weren’t wanting to change it. They were not motivated to get a higher price than the valuation price . David was lovely and professional but the management in this company is appalling and I would not recommend. The saying “ the client is always right” does not exist in this company it’s “ the client is always wrong” I was not given any apology for any of the wrong doing and told that’s how they do things, which is unacceptable. They also chucked so much of my partners things in cupboards and would not help move it back. Harmony homes have cause anything but harmony .

This was a difficult move for our family as it wasn't a move we had ever seen coming.
Ashley came to have a noisy around the house for the initial first consultation and in my head I knew Harmony Homes was the one. She was so personable, understanding of our circumstances and so empathetic and kind.
We then had to spend a few months getting the house ready and spruced up but within this time, Ashley kept in touch constantly (apart from anything to help keep me sane) to see how we were were getting on and offer support and any tips we needed in what we could do.
Her and Dawn then also helped in keeping an eye out for any suitable homes that came on the market that might have been of interest to us, again in my opinion they just went beyond their "job".
In seeing how busy they are , the fact they were able to keep in touch so often and help so much was just outstanding. To me, this just isn't a "job" for them. They are so incredible and genuinely couldn't recommend them enough.

I could not have asked for a quicker, more professional and reassuring response - Dawn was absolutely amazing! My property was listed again by the lunchtime (Monday) and viewings agreed for the following day, with a closing date scheduled for lunch time on Friday.
