I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. My sales appointment was cancelled at the last minute—just two hours before the scheduled meeting—after I had already driven over an hour to prepare the property. The reason given was based on an incorrect accusation about fees from years ago. In reality, the agent had already taken her fees directly from the tenant’s rent/deposit during my first tenancy. When the property was relisted months later and I sourced my own tenant after the agency struggled to find one, she still demanded additional fees, and it appears she has held this against us ever since.
Cancelling a pre-arranged sales appointment over something so petty and unrelated to the current sale is extremely unprofessional. I would recommend choosing a more reliable and respectful local agent instead, such as JWW or Sylvester, who actually understand the market and treat clients properly.

Aidan presented our house beautifully and we had accepted an asking price offer within a day of the house being on the market. They held our hand through all of the expected bumps in the road that come with selling and purchasing a house and were always patient, knowledgeable and responsive.
The icing on the cake though, was the incredibly thoughtful gift and gift box we received when moving in to our new home too.

Having had a sale fall through the previous year and a bad experience with an online estate agent, I was extremely anxious about selling again.
