I've been trying contact them for a month about a premises in Congleton but no one answers the phone. The property is still listed, I'm not surprised though if no one can speak to anyone about it. If I was the landlord I'd be miffed to learn people are actively looking to rent my premises but can't get through to anyone to discuss.... Read more

Enquired about an office space and the agent assumed it wasn’t right for us for a number of invalid reasons. She didn’t listen to the sole reason why I was enquiring ‘location’ and simply couldn’t get off the phone quick enough. After choosing to rule us out (without any confirmation from me that the space isn’t right) the agent couldn’t get off the phone quick enough. I’d be very concerned if I was the client. I had no choice but to stop the conversation as no matter what angle I took to try to have the agent stop assuming the space wasnt right for us it didn’t change her assumptions. Very strange situation. I’m going to attempt to bypass the agent and speak directly with the landlord.... Read more
