There's a very effectively working team, which persistently are doing their best, attempting to satisfy their customers criterions in each individual case. During 2 years I periodically stayed in my friend's house in this area and saw, how successfully people selling and buying through Hawes & Co. I think one of driving forces of the company is Asistant Sales Manager Ben Butler. His attitude with understanding that finding the right property could be a quiet long journey. In spite of the difference in budgets he is vigorously and equally stepping into the process of searching for property to push the matter through. Ben Butler is responsive for all precise definitions of my priorities, as a buyer and in the course of mutual clarifications - we prepare conditions of my future deal.
