It is a dangerous agency. They are scammers. They wanted to cheat me out of over £1000, I say I didn't pay 1 month's rent, and when I showed them the proof of payment, they said it was a mistake. And they made a combination with the Landlord. I do not advise you to take properties from them.. They are not serious.

No one bothered to reply back to emails or phone calls and it was always me chasing them. this agency is a very unprofessional agency which refused to help me with my situation. they would constantly charge me repairs which werent supposed to be charged. i had issues with my hot water and cooker for 3 years where i had to order take away everyday. despite that they still wouldnt fix the issue. the landlords are very rude as would abruptly come into the house at early hours and abuse me and my family verbally. this is the worst agency i have been with and i dont recommend anyone to rent a house from then. they are very biased company and will always side with the landlord. they never give the deposit back.

Henley's did not sell my house, however I found the company policies agreeable and the staff professional, pleasant and efficient. We had 3 offers which I accepted but for various reasons the offers fell through. Lockdown, mortgage qualifying problems and ongoing chain difficulties was the cause of the breakdowns. As the house had been on the market for some time I felt a new estate agent may be the answer which is why I moved away from Henley's.
Bob Cheema was very helpful in getting some repairs initiated in an effort to speed up the sale and was always very polite, patient with my endless calls and his interpersonal skills always shone through in all my interaction with him and which he also extended to the potential buyers making the whole experience bearable. I would recommend Henley's.

Bob gave us regular updates and calls that reassured me and my partner through what could have been a very stressful time. He was always available to talk about where we were at and what needed doing next. He advised us and guided us through the trickiest parts and was there for friendly chat when things were going smoothly. He completely took the worry out of any situation.
Not only did Bob have excellent communication with us, but with everyone in the chain, estate agents and solicitors. He built up positive relationships with everyone involved.
As a person Bob is amiable, trustworthy, professional and hardworking. His years of experience mean that he is able to spot and deal with any potential problems before they have time to materialise. He is also incredibly kind and understanding.
In a situation as unpredictable as buying and selling a home it is always wise to have a Bob Cheema fighting in your corner! I whole heartedly recommend working with Bob, and will certainly do so myself in the future.

From the start Bob showed a highly professional and committed approach to working with us. He went well above and beyond the call of duty - assisting us with the challenging details essential for probate and providing us with high quality advice. From the word 'go' Bob was consistent in his approach and approached the work with a 'can do' attitude; he faithfully followed up our concerns; he responded promptly to our questions and visited the property to assist us in issues relating to utilities.

Estate agents sometimes have a bad image.
I was selling a property and contacted henleys for a valuation.
I can assure you that the experience dealing with Bob Cheema was great from the first meeting all the way through the sales process.
I have sold houses in the past, and never had an estate agents who put so much work into the sale.
Bob was proactive in getting a buyer , negotiating the best price, keeping me informed all the way through the sales process.
There were a few potential problems with the property but Bob had the solution and able to arrange things on my behalf.
So if you are looking for an estate agents I can thoroughly recommend them.
