So, we were a little late for the viewing, and we apologized right away. But the agent was totally unprofessional and rude about it. They acted like we'd wasted their entire day. It totally ruined the whole experience. Definitely won't be using this agency again.

Henton's are absolutely the exception to the rule when it comes to estate agencies. Rhys was enthusiastic, honest, punctual, empathetic, hard working and above all, kind. For circumstances beyond his control, he essentially sold our house three times without a single word of complaint all during a global pandemic.
