What a difference! The communication was excellent, we were contacted Atleast once a week to update us on progress and to discuss our options. Jane and the team were fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

AVOID-AVOID-AVOID. I have been sold a property via fraudulent misrepresentation. I was lead to believe I was purchasing a property which was chain free (current owner vacating), but it turns out this was never the case! Only after contacting my solicitor 7 weeks down the line from my offer being accepted, did I eventually get a call from this below par estate agent to say that in fact, the property that the seller was looking to purchase had fallen through. I WAS TOLD THEY WERE JUST VACATING, SO NOT LOOKING TO BUY ANYTHING! The following day I get a call to say that the seller has given up looking after having several offers rejected. Do not trust this totally unethical company that had known for weeks/months what was going on. What an awful way to run a business.

I didn't actually sell a house with Hiller but I was in the process of buying one and we had to mess Gary about a bit as our buyer was messing us about and Gary was very friendly and even offered me great advice with my estate agent. It's a shame Hillier are so far away and I can't use them but would 100% use them if they were my local agent
