Whenever issues around dates or logistics came up, we initially found ourselves worrying — only to realise there was no need, which says a lot given our past experiences with other agents.

Whilst the general moving experience was quite poor, the service provided by the agent was exceptional and significantly reduced our stress levels. The initial contact, appraisal and onboarding was highly professional and left us feeling confident of a sale. The whole process thereafter seemed to flow and communication was effective, timely and informative. “I first met Dominic on the day he opened his new business back in the autumn of 2022. By the end of that week my cottage in Newnham was on the market so I was one of his first clients. I was very impressed with the way he presented the details of the cottage, using a small drone to take the aerial photos which made a huge difference to the overall presentation. I had a lot of viewings and the cottage sold within weeks. His attention to detail is amazing and he never forgets anything!
As the sale proceeded, Dominic and Venetia both kept me up to date with details coming in from my buyer which was really helpful as solicitors can be a bit sparse on information at times! Not only were they helpful on the sale side but they also helped as much as they could with my purchase which was outside the area. They were both very supportive and I was hugely impressed with how hard they both work over very long hours. Nothing is ever too much trouble!
