We were impressed from the outset, very much on the ball. They were very knowledgeable about our market and impressed us so we chose them ahead of the other companies we approached. The advertising was excellent and the photography was superb, really showing our house as it is. We had a lot of interest in the house, and all appointments were kept. When offers were made we were advised with a full explanation of why to say yes or no.
All of this with the turmoil in the housing market which was getting ramped up by all the bad news being posted.
We got our sale within a month.
The only, minor, issue was getting the daily close of play reports the following morning. That might have more to say about our enthusiasm to sell than anything related to the sale.
