Made an appointment to view a room, turned up 5 minutes early and waited. I called the agent who just said 'oh that room has gone!' - without even letting me know. A few weeks later I made an appointment to view a room in another part of town, I was told it was a double at No. 147. Spoke to agent the morning of the viewing who then said their colleague had made a mistake and it's not 139, it's 155. I said 'I was told it was 147?' but so long as it's the room in the pictures on Rightmove, 'Yes' I was told. Then they said actually that room has gone and all the have left is a single room! The worst thing is, I went back on Rightmove as I again needed to search and the room which had gone was still on there!!!
Surely it's not that difficult to know the house numbers, to make appointments correctly and to actually keep the potential tenant informed along the way...

If you like living somewhere where the boiler barely ever works,
Or mould growing constantly around the windows due to dodgy seals.
Or a "estate manager" that has clearly never picked up a screwdriver in her life. That fobs you off with lies and deceitful tactics to avoid having to spend any money on the property.
Having your deposit threatened and generally treated like garbage.
Then by all means rent with these cowboys.

I have rented a room in one of their properties for two years and I was very happy with the overall process and the property.
If there was an issue with the house, I would email the property manager and she would try to take care of the issue as soon as possible.
Sharon (the owner) was also very helpful.

Never ever rent from this agent.I went through horrible experience by letting a property from this agent in Ipswich couple of years ago.
They never have any wellbeing of the tenant and always try to steal your money.
The persons I have dealt with Danielle and Ian were very rude and arrogant.
No response for any e-mails and they increased my rent unreasonably and the flat was not clean and bathroom was smelly. Repeated calls to these guys were fallen to deaf ears and finally I had to vacate.
They don't care as long as the money's rolling in.
I suggest if you going to rent from this agent please please avoid !!!

Rented a property through this firm whilst waiting for a purchase completion. Found them straight forward, efficient and a million miles from the horror stories one hears. Rent with confidence I'd say!
