Sophie is very warm and welcoming and made a great effort to make me feel comfortable. She is also very informative and gave great advice and answered all the questions I had about the property. For example she said it would be a good idea to get videos to show my parents the property and made sure I had time to film every room. I would highly recommend homes by Sophie.

I contacted this agent about renting a property while on disability. She refused to consider my application even though I could afford it and compared me to another disabled person who had a guarantor “making millions.” I felt discriminated against and disrespected. Very disappointing experience. Do not work with this agent.

Can not recommend Sophie enough! We have rented a property with Sophie 3 years ago and have just moved out. I must say Sophie is amazing! She has been very supportive helping us find the house, though the whole tenancy has been an enormous help whenever we needed any information or help even when we were in the process of moving out! Sophie has proven time and time again to be a warm, helpful and courteous property manager. She helped us deal with a myriad of issues in our rental- electric, plumbing, appliances, water damage, etc. She always worked with our schedule and especially advocated for us when we had a newborn baby and a broken fridge to get service more quickly. When we left the tenancy we really wished we’d be able to bring her with us.

We were tenants at a property let and managed by Sophie in a very exclusive area of London - Knightsbridge. Sophie is extremely professional and lovely person to have as property and letting hands-on manager. All issues were addressed promptly whenever things broke down eg boiler etc and Sophie made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and had everything sorted for us asap with no fuss at all. It is always a pleasure to have someone easily contactable at the other end of the phone to address any issues with the property should the issues arise. She is very professional, flexible, accommodated all our requests as best as possible, and is a real asset to anyone letting from her. We already miss her and hope we have the pleasure to liaise and work with her again very soon. We would recommend her 101%. best, SS
