Steve, Mark and the rest of the team made what could have been a stressful process straightforward and easy. My property sold quite quickly at a good (I was never over or under sold on the price). I also didn't have to prepare for a 1000 viewings due to the teams great pre-validation of potential buyers. Highly recommended

Very helpful and genuine service. I chose to do the viewings myself which was reflected in a lower fee, and appreciated the flexibility, but in no way did this hamper the helpful communication throughout. Highly recommend.

The team have been excellent from start to completion. The initial valuation was a discussion between us to achieve a realistic asking price that we were happy with. They always felt like they were giving trustworthy and sensible advice. Communication with us on all matters and updates was prompt and had purpose. We never felt like we were chasing them for anything. We sold our home promptly with them and even after a sale was agreed we were never left wondering what stage we were at, with regular updates. Even during Coronavirus lockdown we were in touch and they were still chasing the updates from lawyers and buyers down the chain. Honestly couldn’t have got a better service and for a really good price.
