Hudson Moody have been a delight to deal with. The sales brochure reflects our house's character well. There is a lead negotiator who keeps us well informed. They use the property portal well.

Hudson Moody were great. They slightly overvalued our house against market conditions (the other agents we spoke to valued similarly though, so I don't think we can hold this against them too much). They had the highest fees of the agents we spoke to (not the highest locally) but we were confident we would receive good service after our initial meeting.
Service was great other than that we expected to be dealing with Kennedy, who we originally met with, and we're passed onto another rep. Jo, her replacement, was excellent throughout but we had specifically asked if we'd be dealing with Kennedy during the initial meeting.
