It started with a visit that set the tone for the entire sale. The striking thing with Hull Gregson Hull in Swanage was the positivity of the entire team towards selling my house. They had up to date ideas about marketing the property that paid dividends. Despite the market being somewhat subdued they found a buyer in a a few weeks. Throughout there were updates both in emails and a weblink that showed viewings and sale progress.
I would thoroughly recommend them as a forward looking team that gets results.

Harry East was friendly and professional. He didn't complain when asked to view an additional property at short notice and he even called us in advance to warn us to bring proper footwear when visiting one site.
We have now made an offer ( after seeing Harry in the office working past closing time and again not complaining about the office being closed).

Hull Gregson Hull in Swanage have been absolutely amazing and went the extra mile in helping my partner and I buy our first home together! It was a long process finding our ideal home in swanage, we looked at dozens of properties in town using other estate agents but HGH were absolutely the most helpful, friendly and professional. Even when some of the properties we looked at were not what we were looking for the team at HGH always kept in touch with us when new properties came on the market which would be suitable for us.
The team were incredibly communicative throughout the whole buying process, they helped speed things along by chasing up the solicitors on both sides and giving us daily updates.
We want to give a special thanks to Jasmine who showed us around the flat three times before we decided it was the perfect home! Also a special thank you to Sam and Mark for chasing the solicitors and reassuring us that everything was going to plan!

We also came into contact with Mark when we were involved in a “best and final offers” situation during a previous attempted purchase. Two estate agents in one town, one the best I've ever used and one the worst.
I understand that an estate agent in a pretty seaside town may get fed up of tourists asking questions, but their attitude was appalling.
I was genuinely looking for a property here and after trying twice to get help from Oliver Miles I gave up. They weren't helpful, ignored us when we went into the store, passed us from one person to the other (and back) and didn't really know what was available. I am very pleased to say I have now moved here, but not as a result of Oliver Miles.
