We had tried for nearly two years to sell our house with another local agent who despite getting four different prospective buyers lined up, had failed miserably to get the sale to completion. At the fourth failed attempt we had almost given up but decided to give it one last try and gave Hywel Anthony Estate Agents our instructions to sell as they had been recommended. Well what a breath of fresh air these guys were. Totally professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all queries concerns etc; were dealt with promptly. The whole process from beginning to end took just four months. Fantastic !!

Efficient and not too salesy with us as vendors. Very impressed with their photos. I like the fact that they frequently give us feedback after the viewings. They reply to emails quickly. It was good that they tended to book several viewings together which made it easier for us in terms of tidying the house.

A few potential buyers / viewers for our property contacted us directly as they could not obtain a viewing by calling the agent directly. Our personal experience with them was good on the main, having sold with them previously, however our opinion of them changed after we were contacted directly at our home by people who wanted to view, but were either not called back by the agent (after saying they would), or were spoken to rudely on the phone.

Anthony came and gave me a realistic price to sell the property for as he had local knowledge of the area and house prices fir the area.
He walked around the property with me and made suggestions to improve and help sell the property.
He helped me negotiate a selling price with the new buyer and once sold he and Carol kept me informed of the progress of the sale.
This company is very professional and I would certainly recommend them.

Anthony was instrumental in challenging an unfair valuation on the property we were selling, providing realms of evidence to our buyer as to why the valuation from an out of area surveyor was way below the market value. This ensured our house sale continued smoothly & that we were still able to secure our dream home as a result. Katy is always super helpful too, chasing up delays in the chain etc. Thank you ????

Beat experience in selling a home. Totally professional excellent communication including always a follow up email to house viewings and offers. Each step of the way I had 100% confidence in what I was being told. Other estate agents could take a leaf out of their book or you could just avoid the hassle and use Hywel Anthony. Ps I am not on commission ????just the difference between this company and the rest is so noticeable cannot fault them.
