Having rented all over the country because of my career, I’ve rented with both agents and landlords directly. This agency was first class, friendly and willing to help. Only when there is difficult maintenance can an agency be tested and they passed. Dealt with an emergency, authorised works without delay and were serious about our safety and concerns. One of them turned up out of hours to handle and assess the issue and workers. I highly recommend.

I am a student and rented a room with my friends and we very nervous. The team were amazing, answering questions before we even thought what to ask. We signed up for 11 months and they made renting easy and enjoyable. I never met the landlord but everything was done through the agent

I was a student at Keele and the agent has a lot of student properties. Our friends recommended them and they were so friendly, genuine and easy to deal with. I was worried students get treated poorly by agents and landlords but we had a great time. Very funny and accommodating even when we caused a little issue for them to sort. We rented a 5 bedroom house we recommend them, now we moved out of the area we miss them
