Jaqui McAdam is an absolute joy to deal with.
I was selling the parents property (and dreading it), Jaqui from Innes Johnston was highly recommended so contact was made.Best descion ever.
Jaqui is a very vibrant,positive person who has an energy and enthusiasm that is most infectious.
The whole process has been a dream. Lovely meeting and talking with Jacqui and the staff are excellent, everything very well documented and communication was exceptional. I was kept up to date with all viewings and followed by viewing reports. Jacqui would even call jst for a quick check up and touch base which was also most reassuring when getting oodles of views but no bites.
I thoroughly recommend Jacqui McAdam and her team and cannot thank them enough for all their hard work.

I have recently used the team at Innes Johnston to sell my house and can really recommend them. Due to my circumstances I had to get my house on the market quickly. Jacqui, who leads the team, worked very efficiently to get everything ready and online quickly. They use social media as well as online platforms and traditional brochures to get your house seen. Olivia was kind and caring when realising our fears regarding online systems, and helped us patiently step by step.
Her youthful vibrancy underpinned by sound legal knowledge made the end process of selling our property far less stressful than anticipated, given her injection of humour at times! We were never left “in limbo” (a past solicitor experience), and emails etc were quickly followed up. Refreshing!
