I have had no issues contacting any of the team at JH Homes and my questions have always been answered quickly, even if it has just been to acknowledge my question or advise it is in the process of being handled! In addition to this I have always appreciated the honesty in which queries are dealt with, and getting answers back even if it’s not what you always want to hear!
Further to the above is the whole inspection process! The whole team are considerate when making arrangements and respectful that whilst the property is rented it is my home and I am not made to feel as though it is an examination!!!

Not being used to the English System we hadn't clocked they take a percentage of the asking price, rather than the sale price. Therefore it's in their interest to pitch it high but sell it quickly so over-inflated asking price. Now we realise the asking price was way too high. They don't then need to care about what price you sell at as they have their cut. This may be similar with all estate agents but I think it's underhand.

Thank you for your reply Jan, I still hold by my review, and if you look me up you'll be able to see that you did sell a house for us. I do not like my name brandishing about but with very little searching you'll know who I am and you have my number.
I know loads of people who have given you 5* and I am sure that you wouldn't give us 5* as a client, but I think you didn't really expect the house to sell for the original price we asked, although I do hold that it was a difficult house to price as it was a one off.

JH Homes have the best staff I have ever met. Ashleigh and Sarah helped me so much when I got horribly lost! Sarah went out of her way to literally take me to my next destination, driving ahead so I could follow her, which proved to be so very lucky for me as next thing I hit something on the road and got a nasty flat! Sarah was amazing, even attempting to change the tyre herself!
As no Jack she called roadside assistance via my car hire company and then gave me her phone charging lead because my better was going. Imagine if she had not been with me on the unfamiliar dark back roads, distressed with no phone to call anyone for help?
I feel so lucky I chose JH Homes to view property with! The customer service and professionalism is second to none I have ever encountered. The house was absolutely beautiful and they clearly represent the best properties in the area, I would not choose another agent and will recommend to anyone looking in that area. 5 stars!

I was so impressed with the wonderful staff at JH Homes, I got horribly lost en route to my viewing and Ashleigh was so patient and helpful trying to get me there, I was over an hour late but they allowed me to view the property. Sarah who showed me the house is a wonderful young lady who went out of her way to help me, knowing I got so lost and was upset she drove ahead of me to take me where I needed to go and then I got a flat tyre! Sarah called roadside assistance for someone to change the flat after she attempted to change it herself but couldn’t because there was no Jack) I wish I was so capable!) I was very distressed and I do not know what I would have done if I was alone on the dark back roads with a. Flat tyre and oh no phone battery! Sarah even gave me her phone charging lead and left me with a charging phone and help on the way, which arrived within 20 mins. I highly recommend JH Homes to anyone seeking agents to represent their property or find them a home. Best customer service and staff I have ever experienced anywhere.

Having seen lots of pink sold signs we decided to move our property from another estate agent to J H Homes. We were not disappointed! Janice was enthusiastic but realistic when she came to value our property. The staff in the shop continued with the enthusiasm and kept us updated with progress throughout. They recommended we have a 360 virtual tour given the remote circumstances of Covid and this sold our house! We wouldn’t hesitate to use J H Homes again and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Attempted to purchase a house (7 Hogue St, currently back up for sale) and was informed, verbally and in writing, by JH Homes that the property had been rewired in 2007. The question was asked as a condition of offer price so as not to waste time and money on conveyencing and survey only to find out major problems with the electrical system. Bear in mind a dead bird was covered by JH Homes viewing staff and, some would say, a lot of other work is required. Transpires that was misrepresented - I had an electrical check done at my expense and was told it had not been rewired and it was ''potentially dangerous'' in various parts (C2 faults). Had I had an accurate answer (as is required ) from the start it would have saved me a lot of time and several hundred pounds given I had a total quote of 5k to fix the electrics alone including plastering (but excluding redecoration, time out while it is being fixed etc). All estate agents have, in order to legally operate, to be a member of one of two remedy schemes with an Ombudsman. Only JH Homes could not be found online (please look) and so I requested information from the remedy schemes themselves, who stated, in writing, they had no record of JH Homes and encouraged me to report this to Trading Standards. JH Homes have also failed to provide this information, thus a legal claim is pending. As a buyer, there was very poor service and a significant lack of honesty in my experience.
