Very bad rental service. ignore customer and no response, willing to deposit and pay 6 months, not even asked about income, never felt treated like this.
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional manner in your agency have handled my tenancy inquiry regarding the property king drive Newmarket
The lack of communication, missed follow-ups, and overall disregard for basic professionalism are unacceptable. I expect clear communication, honesty, and respect — none of which I have experienced so far. Not give for rental and no call back to customer, felt so bad .
This kind of service reflects very poorly on both you and your agency.

Earlier this year we moved from Essex to a house in Suffolk being marketed by Jackson-Stops at Bury St Edmunds. The sale was handled by Ro Diaper.
Although the purchase and sale of our Essex home initially went well, it soon became apparent that there were major problems at the bottom of the chain. Our selling agent was less than helpful with next to no communication. Fortunately we were able to rely on Ro at Jackson-Stops to fill the information gap. She kept in constant contact, advising us of all of the twists and turns in the process. On several occasions the sale and purchase looked on the verge of collapse but it was due to the dedication and resourcefulness of Ro that eventually after more than 6 months, completion took place.
We have no doubt that Ro went above and beyond what would normally be required of an agent in these circumstances and we are so grateful to her for the significant part she played in ensuring we moved to our new house, which we love.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Jackson-Stops and Ro in particular. Her friendly approach made a very stressful and complicated process much easier to negotiate. Thank you again.

We dealt with Ro, Matt and Charlie at Jacksons-Stops and I cannot recommend highly enough. From the start gave a well considered valuation and appraisal of current market conditions. Other Agents who valued were either extremely ambitious, or seemed to want a house to be marketed for a very quick sale. Jackson Stops also offered good advice on how to present the house for potential purchasers. The Sales Particulars were of a very high standard and accurate. Also, throughout both marketing, then sales phases there was great communication, mainly with Ro.
As and a result we sold the house in good time for the market value. The few hiccups along the way were dealt with professionally and without fuss. Excellent work!

Our timing was unfortunate and the first buyer found dropped out, probably due to the general market conditions. JS were able to fairly swiftly find another buyer, albeit at a much reduced price due to the change in market conditions. We decided to sell our first house in Bury St Edmunds after renting it out for the past 6 years - having used the Jackson Stopps rental team we had already met Matthew Cutting and was impressed with his professional and engaging manner - it was then an easy decision to appoint him to handle our sale - he was responsive as to how we wished to present our former home and achieved an agreed sale within a week on going on the market - unfortunately the buyer’s cash sale fell through but within 24 hrs of going back on the market Matthew has elicited a second offer which was accepted. Matthew’s local knowledge then came to the fore as he advised of a potential delay from a previous sale involving a tardy response from the management company - he kept prompting both Solicitors to chase this up which achieved the desired result - I am a retired Chartered Quantity Surveyor and have previously been somewhat ambivalent of my property colleagues - would I use Matthew and his team again? Most certainly yes ????-

To Hayley, I met immediately after viewing to make an offer, gave me realistic advise on the offer they could put forward to the vendor and recommend acceptance.

Viewed a property on Jackson Stops books today which was in poor decorative order. Part of the ceiling had polystyrene tiles! There is a hideous 1940's fireplace , the kitchen was very poorly laid out and the garden was just a jungle. I can only describe it as 'cheapskate' and I would be ashamed to present it to the market in such condition.

Like so many people at the beginning of last year's lockdown, we were caught in a limbo of trying to finalise the purchase of a house through Jackson Stopps. Everything ground to a halt and we had to move into rented accommodation. Matt was particularly good at keeping in touch and as soon as restrictions were lifted we were in communication to progress what was already a long-drawn-out process. We all kept our good humour even in the face of frustrations and delays. We really appreciate the care that all at Jackson Stopps showed us as it cannot have been easy for anyone there with people clamouring for answers and action when it just wasn't possible. We think Matt and his team are terrific!

I cannot speak highly enough of Jackson Stops in Bury St Edmunds. Charlie Philip, who manged our sale, was approachable, efficient and basically did every to push the sale through. He was always avaialble to discuss progress, responded quickly to queries and liaised regualrly with our solicitors. While selling a property is always stressful, Jackson Stops were absoluteyl superb, far better than any other estate agents we have dealt with before, and I would highly recommend them

Our estate agent Jane was fantastic, which made our dealings with Jackson Stops really easy and smooth. Me and my boyfriend were first time renters and Jackson Stops were by far the best letting agent we’d come across. They only charged us £75 each for the referencing fees whereas some companies wanted to charge us £450!!! But we are very happy with the service we received from them, no hard sales talk just very relaxed and reassuring feedback from Jane and she really looked after us though the whole process.

Most unfair estate agent I've ever seen. They try their best to drag the processing time to reject your application, for every application they reject they earn fees. Worst service and poor communication. We were discriminated by this estate agent.To publish this comment I need to give atleast one star actually they don't deserve any.
