Ian Jackson is a fraud. He knew my tenant is a fraud and claiming universal credit. There was an extra child living in my flat which I wasn't aware of. He is not answering any of his emails, messages and calls. He has possession of currently 10 months of rent money and will be more if my tenant doesn't move out. I am in the process of evicting my tenant but have no response. Everyone needs to report him to Report Fraud. He is no longer a part of Safe Agent and The Property Ombudsman said they can't do anything? How is this even ok? It is not ok?

UPDATED:<br>Found out the company is going into Liquidation (He is alive and well). The is another partner within the company. He is registered with 2 companies.<br><br>Reporting Jacksons to the Fraud police, suggest all people do the same. Due to taking tenants money and not paying landlords. Fraud needs multiple complaints to action.<br><br>He's no longer registered with Safeagent! as that insurance lapsed and not renewed, so his crimes could be pre-meditated.<br><br>Facebook there is a group called Letting Agents - there is a post there about Jacksons. If people want to get in touch via this thread to share information, I have posted on the message if anyone wants to reach out .

They seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. Ian Jackson is not answering any calls emails or messages. He has taken the rent from the tenants and not paid it to me "the Landlord".I will be reporting him to the property ombudsman and, police as this is blatantly theft.

Landlords: avoid<br><br>Jackson’s collected rent from my tenants but failed to pass it to me. It remains outstanding despite repeated requests.<br><br>They also deducted rent-protection premiums, yet the insurer later confirmed that the required tenant referencing had never been completed—leaving me without valid cover when it was needed.<br><br>Communication became extremely poor, while management fees continued to be charged. I have supporting payment records, emails and insurer correspondence. The matter has been reported to the police and referred to The Property Ombudsman.<br><br>Based on my documented experience, I cannot recommend this agent.

Out of all the estate agents I have contacted in order to find the perfect property to rent I must say Jacksons lettings were the most helpful, proffesional and understanding lettings agent I have come across. They found so many properties for myself and my partner to view within our budget and specific requests. I highly reccomed this estate agents if you're a first time renter or have been renting for a couple of years. Thank you for your service.
