Very professional estate agents who were helpful from start to finish especially Perry who I had the most contact with (and Kelly at the start). They're different to any estate agents I've ever worked with. Perry would text merry Christmas, Happy new year etc. No hard sell or trying to force you to use their other services like some other estate agents do. Thank you for a smooth transaction. I bought an house through James Perry Estate Agents and Perry was very helpful from start to finish, not like other Estate Agents who work 9am-5pm, I called him many times late and he answered or called back straight away.
Very knowledgeable in the house game, also Megan who is part of the team was very proffessionally, much more helpful than other bigger Estate Agents.
Would definately reccomend James Perry Estate Agents to anyone who needs them, first class service from start to finish.

As a buyer our communication was limited, however on the few occasions we needed to speak with James Perry Estate Agents the staff were very helpful and prompt with their response. On completion we were given a small gift box containing useful information, discount vouchers and some treats, and we considered this to be a very thoughtful, personal touch. We used James Perry Estate Agents to sell two properties for us. We were a bit wary as we were in Sittingbourne and James Perry were established on Sheppey. Craig from James Perry came round and valued both properties at a realistic but higher valuation than other more established estate agents. Both properties were on the market and on Zoopla and Rightmove within a day of taking measurements and photos. The properties both sold quickly with offers accepted near the asking price. The whole sale process went smoothly and Craig or someone from the team was always available to help.
Our initial wariness was unfounded and we would strongly recommend James Perry Estate Agents. Now a days you do not need to go into the shop as everything is done on-line, so why pay over the odds for a big monolithic high street estate agent when James Perry can give you a tailored & personal service and can do everything the big boys can but at a better value and in a fair and honest manner?
