Aggressive in there approach to tenants. There seems to have been a change in management at this agent and where it was a friendly family type affair, now it is business first no compassion shown. As a landlord of nearly 30 years I would not touch this agent. I make enough money from my properties to not feel the need to be ruthless and I would not want my name connected to this agents mode of operation

I would recommend Stacey and the letting team at John Bray very highly. So I have been in my property for less then two weeks. Massive leak from the ceiling. Phoned the emergency number for John bray and no one to answer the emergency number. What a joke. Why even have an after hours number if no one will answer. Very unprofessional. Oh and I have paid 6 months upfront. Its leaked for well over 30 or more litres. Been up all night trying to catch as much water as I can. Of course if the emergency number worked we could fix the problem. Well done John bray.

Based upon my experience of selling through John Bray I can, without any reservation, recommend them. A local agency with a great deal of local knowledge and that shows. The agency not only cares about selling your property but that of the relationship it has with its clients. Very professional, supportive, friendly and trustworthy. They will try to obtain the best price without giving an over optimist valuation (unlike some agencies). Their marketing was well prepared, viewings were carried out in a professional but friendly manner and the followup services, after we had obtained an offer, were exemplary. Communication at all times was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Be warned - this company has changed management and is no longer any good. It's excellent staff left and went elsewhere. The service is now amateur and poor quality. I won't go into detail about how they upset and annoyed me but suffice to say, don't expect John Bray to have the expertise they used to have.
