My experience with John Edwards was excellent. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know in great detail and made sure I understood what he was saying. His local knowledge of the area was second to none! He is always On the end of the phone to amount concerns or queries I had. Best of all, he sold the house in very quick time. A cave
My wife and I purchased our property in August 2022 with John Edwards & Co.
We were always kept in the picture, explained in detail the current progress and process. They did all the work and were very proactive. John and Greg were outstanding and thanks to them we have our forever home. They have a long term customer in my wife and I, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I used John Edwards to Purchase my property 6 years ago. Now selling my property I decided to use them again due to the professional service and knowledge about the property when I did my viewing. John Edwards are a personal service selling houses and are very good at what they do. I have no problem using them again and again or recommending them to others. A True independent first class service. Just recently i have sold 2 properties with John Edwards and what is a difficult task to sell 2 and buy 1 at the same was made so easy with the team going above and beyond. I cannot recommend John and his team enough. From start to finish the sale of my home was stress free. As a woman trying to sell my house by myself and with no experience of the property market, I was unsure of where to even start. John, Greg and Holly advised me, ensured that the pictures and description of my property were the absolute best they could be and kept me up to date from the very beginning, always making sure that I was happy with everything. All viewings were overseen by one of the team, Greg would call me weekly to update me on progress and advise me of anything that I needed to do but also kept in close contact with my solicitor and the buyers solicitor to ensure that there were no hold ups. The first people to view my property bought it and I can honestly say that I didn’t have a moments stress or anxiety related to the sale. I can’t speak highly enough of John and his team. They advised me, looked after me, reassured me and constantly told me that my needs came first. I will always choose John Edwards whether I’m buying or selling in the future. In both cases Greg did a great job for us of chasing people up and down the chain and went a long way to making up for the short-comings of other people's agents and solicitors. I can't praise John Edwards, Greg and Chelsea enough for the amazing, friendly, informative, professional service they gave us while selling my flat earlier this year. Every step of the process from valuation , to professional photos, to viewings, liaising with other agents and completion was done with no hassle or problems at all, this was all helped with the great relationship they have with the solicitor they recommended.
We were so impressed with John, Greg and Chelsea we have asked them to sell our bungalow, yet again they are proving to be first class at what they do.

We used John Edwards & Co to sell our flat, the sale was expertly handled from start to finish and all the staff were extremely helpful in getting the sale through efficiently. We were so impressed with their service, we used them again to sell my in-laws' property which became complicated due to the death of my mother-in- law mid-way through the sale, therefore requiring Probate. So as not to lose our buyers with the delay this could have caused John was able to help push everything through in a very swift manner. The whole office was very supportive in such difficult personal circumstances for us and we were very impressed with the attention to detail at all stages. We wish John and his team all the best and would not hesitate to recommend them. We will definitely be using them again.

I cannot praise the team at John Edwards enough. I had used a few agents to try and sell my property in Findon and had no success, they didn't even manage to arrange any viewings.
From the minute I signed up with John Edwards the ball started rolling immediately , I had viewings on a daily basis for the first few weeks, the whole team came to view the property. If they said they were going to do something they did it, an absolute breath of fresh air. They sold my property and during the whole process they kept me informed so I never had to chase them for anything.
If you are going to be selling a property in Worthing or its surrounding area use John Edwards they are amazing.

As a local property developer I have used many of the local estate agents - by far the best is John Edwards. Local independent, knowledgeable and definitely goes the extra mile - excellent COMMUNICATION.
The buyer of the last property I sold was very impressed and ended up liaising with Chris at John Edwards instead of the Agent selling their own house as they realised they'd be listened to, action taken,things would keep moving and the job get done.
