I want to share my honest and fully factual experience. I listed my flat with them, and from the start there was almost no proper communication. My listing had incorrect and missing details on the websites, and at one point they even removed my main photo without telling me, saying they “rotate pictures.” After about a month and several emails, they finally fixed the mistakes. I wasn’t upset that they didn’t sell — my main issue started when I decided to end the contract. They suddenly began aggressively pushing a completely false "21-day post-contract" clause, claiming I had to stay longer even though this clause does not exist anywhere in my signed agreement. They insisted on this so strongly (in multiple emails) that it became very stressful and made me question myself. Because of this, I opened a formal case with the Property Ombudsman and also contacted the CEO directly. After reviewing all documents, they confirmed in writing that the agency had breached the contract. This behaviour was misleading, unprofessional and unacceptable. ???? I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone after what I went through. ???? If anyone else experienced something similar, I encourage you to speak up. Many people might feel intimidated, especially when they mention a "solicitor" supposedly approving this false clause to pressure you.... Read more

I had originally put my property on the market before I used Jukes & Co with 3 other local estate agents the first 2 I never received hardly any viewings and the 3rd wanted me to reduce it by 100k Then lockdown came and after getting no where after 2 years I took it off the market This is when I met PAULA FRENCH and the rest of her team including Simon Jukes himself. They new I was doing this all on my own but we’re not pushy and I didn’t feel threatened in any way they helped me relax and I finally felt I had picked the correct one I was very impressed with her knowledge of the area experience friendliness and communication The photos were fantastic and looked very professional no sooner had it gone on the market I was getting viewings Approximately 2 weeks later I got offered full asking price which I can honestly say I was thrilled about Paula kept me in the loop all the way when it came nearer to completion day I was really panicking as my new place wasn’t ready But Simon came to the rescue and between them found me a local flat in a house with off street parking not to far away Where I rented for 6 months ( and I made a very good friend in the person living in the flat below me) So thank you jukes for that my move went very smoothly and although I was very worried about moving after living in the same house for 40 years I was very pleased with the studio flat they found me I’m now happily living in my new property I would definitely recommend jukes especially Paula to anyone selling or buying a property as she will definitely put you at ease with the process... Communication was a huge issue. Suggestions or requests for corrections of the property listing were either ignored or only met very reluctantly. Only about half a dozen of viewings were generated over 10 weeks. Received poor and unhelpful feedback after viewings and had to chase after weekly marketing reports. Not very happy at all really. I thought my property was initially over valued and I lowered the initial asking price myself from the outset and then again later under their advice. After being on the market for 10 weeks I only had 2 viewings and was told that this was because it was the time of the year and people were away on Summer holidays, including the staff in the office. When I informed them that I wished to leave after the 10 weeks contract was up another viewing of my property was suggested all of the sudden for the very next day, I was away from home so travelled back over night. I cleaned the place and sat there waiting but nobody turned up. When I phoned to enquire about this they had no knowledge of any viewing and then later called and said I had never got back to them to confirm this, when I did and I still have the text message to this day confirming all the details etc....
