Richard and I have been on a very emotional journey together while buying my first house in Bethnal Green. I have been living in London for the last eleven years… today I leave london 4good …I need to share my experience with Just Move Property services. I lived the last nine years on the same house and room rented by Just Move and I have nothing negative to say about them… I have shared a four bedroom house and the agency has always chose the right people to live with… They have 24 hour availability to answer calls and messages and they never take more than one day to send the maintenance or replace any home appliance…really Fast internet and a professional cleaner! .Honestly they are very good professionals and honest !!! I have used Just Move Property as a tenant for the last few years and have therefore moved into several of their properties. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family as Richard and his colleagues are particularly friendly and are always ready to help. They make you feel important and part of their family as quite often, I'd end up walking past and just pop in for a chat! Repairs to the properties I've stayed in have always been carried out by professionals in a timely fashion and I've been constantly impressed by their attentive attitudes to professionalism throughout. I have used some of the larger 'well known' agencies in years gone by, but typically you are just a number to them and they have no compassion towards you once you've moved into one of their properties. I would not change from Just Move as I could not be happier that I've found this amazing team and this amazing unexpected relationship with my letting agent! Well done Richard and team......
