Olivia came to value our house and straight away i felt at ease as she was very professional friendly and knew her stuff. My house was sold to the first buyer and wasnt an easy journey but the team stuck by me during the ups and downs of my journey. Poor customer service.They are losing potential customers as they value their time over that of their clients.
My mum and dad travelled up North to view houses to buy for 2 days in the area. They booked a viewing with Kay Collins for a house in Parsonage Brow UpHolland they were very keen to see. Due to KC's unusual 'ring and confirm policy' that we were not aware of, there was noone there to meet us at the agreed time. They said my dad had been rung 4 times an hour prior to the appointment to confirm viewing but the calls had not come through to his mobile even though he had it on him the whole time. Only evidence they rang was one answerphone message sent 30 minutes earlier while we were viewing another property. Have dealt with numerous other agents and none of them operate this confirm policy! Also, no willingness to rearrange or offer another appointment on the day. Disappointed and very upset for my mum and dad. I never leave negative reviews as I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but as a business owner myself I would never devalue customers this casually.

Terrible. Book a slot for a viewing to buy a house, turn up early, yet no one turns up. Phone to question how long someone will be, and they say unfortunately we had an offer accepted this morning, we did try to phone twice. Waste of our time, the second time it's happened.

Booked a viewing to view a property for the second time. I had put an offer in on this house so was very interested in purchasing. I had made an appointment for 16.45 on Friday the 20th of October, I have been left waiting in the cold and rain. It was also very embarrassing as I had organised to bring other members of my family. The sales office haven't answered the calls and after waiting for over half an hour with no contact I left. I am also considering retracting my offer as I have 0 faith in the company and there blatant lack of communication.

Avoid this letting agents at all cost. I went to them with several issues of a property I was renting. ( house was so damp it was falling apart) with their verbal permission I got professional flooring done of my own expense because the house they let me the carpet was full of cat wee and I had a young son. When it came to me finally moving out they disputed my full deposit saying that the walls were crumbling ( yes due to the damp ) and that they never agreed for me to do any work!! I hope you’re happy taking £450 off a hard working single mum. AVOID!!!

Absolutely dreadful, when we were forced to move out because our landlord had died, they didn't even care about helping us to find anywhere, they had houses coming up on their agency and we were not informed about one, when we called them enquiring about any property for letting with them, they had already fully booked veiwings and unbelievably asked if we'd like to be put on a call back contact list, I couldn't believe that we weren't already on the list of new property's, after receiving our notice we asked for their help considering we had two months to leave.

Absolutely disgusting company, applied to rent a house ,explained my position accurately, including all problems ,also had a guarantor ,who has excellent credit,house owner and business owner for 19 years, was informed everything was OK and just needed to pay a fee ,which I did immediately, only after I paid ,was I informed I'm not suitable, very disappointing and people need to be aware not to pay the fee ,scam in my opinion, won't let me leave 0stars

If you need something doing like damp on your walls dont look to turn to these guys same old same old everytime we will phone you back oh if i had a penny you have to call them back days later.. I wonder were all the other 1/2 star reviews have got to. We pay our rent every month with no issues and keep the house looking nice and even upgraded it ourselves and the minute you need help there is none.
