It has been a pleasure to deal with Keogh estate agents. We had Holly as our point of contact. She has been lovely through the whole process - from the first property visit to receiving the keys. She has answered all our queries - and I had many. She reassured us through the process and was always available when needed, not mentioning she is friendly so the interactions were not awkward. Andy was the estate agent for our first home, and after seeing countless houses and meeting many estate agents in their shiny suits, driving their mandatory Audi A3s, I wasn’t exactly looking forward to dealing with them (think used car salesman meets a wannabe Wolf of Wall Street). But Andy was the complete opposite, and that’s an understatement. He’s a genuinely down-to-earth guy, completely honest, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our home purchase was anything but straightforward, but Andy was always just a text or call away. It's so frustrating to me. Here I raise a complaint to Andy Keogh. I previously lived in a flat managed by Andy Keogh. This unit was a fixed term. I terminated the contract early and Andy Keogh found a new tenant. It's been more than half a year since this incident and he hasn't refunded about three months of prepaid rent to me, and he hasn't given any explanation.... Read more
