Key2key Property Management has been amazing to work with in the short time with my tenancy. Especially with Gabor. He has been an amazing agent! Very professional, responsive and understanding as I needed to cut my tenancy short and do an early termination due to changes in my circumstances and he provided me with all necessary details and process of early termination. He provided me with the best options of dates when to terminate and ensuring there is enough time to find a replacement. He also managed to find a replacement quickly and ensured I was refunded my deposit and overpaid rent. He made moving out process smooth and stress-free!! Gabor's communication is 10/10 and resolves issues efficiently and effectively. Shame that I had to cut my tenancy short but I highly recommend this company and especially Gabor ????

I contacted K2K Property Management to Rent out my property. Their Director Mr Shah came over to my property and evaluated my rental property potential. He suggested further refurbishing the property to increase the rental income. I was introduced to Mr Hasan who would Project Manage the House Refurbishment. K2K were able to provide me with a 360 service from Home Refurbishment to acquiring a Tenant and full 12 months property management. A tenant was found quickly after the home Refurb. I’d like to thank Mr Shah for his quick delivery in finding a tenant and closing the deal quickly, cheers. A special mention goes to Hasan though, couldn’t have done it without him, he held his own, kept his nerve, managed the home refurb effectively and consistently updated me on costs and challenges he faced, which were not easy ones considering it was an old and outdated home, he delivered the goods, thanks Hasan, and also for guiding the builders with the home deco and materials. Also a special thanks to the Builders, despite the work taking twice as long, the quality of the work that they delivered was outstanding, in particular the bathroom, it looks great.

There’s a guy called Mahbub Shah
He taken deposit as finders fee for a flat to be sold, I spent money on mortgage application, surveys and then waited endlessly
It never completed, seller refused to progress so i asked my money back, but received only half of it, and was always promised to get other half back, but that moment never came
I have been chasing for last two years now, he stopped picking my phone calls, stopped answering texts
And then what i find is, that flat is sold to someone else via other agency

Worst service ever. They wanted to reschedule my appointment after I was standing in front of the property and no one was there! I had to call them because no one was there!

Really bad and unprofessional service. They manage to loose all documents and act like its not their problem. Bunch of school boys who set up an estate agency without any experience of it. Wont be using them ever again. Not recommended
