I was super picky and really knew exactly what I wanted, so I really struggled to find the right place until I met Aisling! As soon as I met her, I was viewing a lot of properties that I actually liked & was excited about! She was super professional, attentive, friendly, motivated and helpful! Another plus was that viewing properties with her was actually a PLEASURE, it didn’t feel dreadful or uncomfortable.
We found my DREAM property, under my budget within a few weeks! The whole process was also made super clear and it was very efficient. I felt very well taken care of & really felt like I had a rock in Aisling!

We ended our contract in August, but the process has been frustrating. First, they registered the wrong check-out date. Then, despite multiple confirmations by email and phone, they scheduled the professional cleaning service for the wrong date. It's been a mess, and we still haven't received our deposit. The KFH agency claims they no longer manage the property because the agent responsible has left, but we were never informed. Over the past three years, we've had numerous agents, yet no one notified us about these changes. While they can easily reach us, it's always DIFFICULT for us to reach them.

Thank you everyone at KFH and especially Sawan Shah, Sharon and Ravi who secured us mortgage on our first property. Sawan was really helpful and and responsive through all stages of our property search, and offers on multiple properties.
He was very detailed and helpful in the initial stages, explaining us in great details all the requirements from mortgage lenders, what should we focus on to present ourselves as attractive borrowers, and what are strong and weak points of our financial situation. We sent out multiple offers on different properties, and Sawan was consistently very clear, responsive and proactive in communicating his availability and setting us up with multiple agreements in principle. It is hard to overstate how brilliant Oliver and Shaun have been throughout the whole process of listing our property to completion. At every stage of the process, Oliver and Shaun, and all the staff at KFH Highgate, made a significant amount of time for us and helped us through what is a typically an incredibly stressful process. Regular communication with Oliver, typically initiated by him, made this stress almost non-existent.
When we were eventually under offer, Oliver recommended a service to help find a solicitor for us; both this service and our subsequent solicitor have also been excellent and we will continue to use the solicitor for our onward purchase.
We have had very mixed experiences with estate agents in the past; KFH stands alone in the great care and respect that they have treated us with and made the whole experience of selling a property as exciting as it should be. worst experience ever. We moved in the house in December and now we are 3 months in this house. We moved in, the boiler was leaking and the gas engineer who came after 2 months to fix it, he said that the pipes inside the boiler were not connected and that was dangerous. There is no shower fitting, they told us there is problem with the pressure of the water, but they didnt say we won't have a shower at all. So no shower. The tap in the bathroom was leaking, there was mould behind the toilet tank, the toilet was running all the time, the pipe in the bathroom was leaking. They solved these issues after 2 months after we were sending to them constantly emails. Now we have mice in the flat, 1st floor and the pest control said we will always have mice as there are holes in the walls that he cannot reach. We have been without cooker for 1 month now and they refuse to refund us or do anyhing to fix this issue. They removed the gas cooker and they brought an electric one after 3 weeks, but there is no fitting for an electric oven and this is the 4th week without a cooker. They refuse to pay and help us. They put automatic emails that they will comeb back to the office on 13th February but we have 13th March, how uselles? they don't even know what date we have.

We rented a flat in Archway through KFH for about a year. While most of our issues came from a landlady who tried to rip us off our deposit, KFH weren't much help either.
They deferred all decision making to the landlady making themselves no more than a cumbersome middleman.
They were only ever good at citing rules and regulations and passing on the building management's notices.
[To the staff there - auto responders on emails are for when you're away. You can't just constantly have them on as a way to say you may or may not reply!]

Me and a friend rented a property from KFH. Throughout the whole process we were completely left in the dark. We paid our holding deposit and from then we had to chase the agents to get any kind of movement through the process. They were unresponsive and vague, they never called back when they said they would and rarely gave straight answers. They would give us a new excuse every time and everything was left to the last minute. We ended up signing the contract 2 days before we were due to move in, leaving us no time to plan or organise our move.
When we moved in, they had not arranged for any of the agreed work to be done, or a professional clean to be done, which was all laid out in the contract we signed. We had to clean everything ourselves the day we moved in, and now we are unable to unpack as we have to deal with contractors coming for multiple days to fix ceilings and light fittings while we both work from home. We will likely have to clean everything again once they have gone given the scale of the work that needs to be done.
Before we moved in the property was vacant and we raised these issues with them WEEKS in advance of us moving in- they had plenty of time to organise for work to be done and it just wasn't.
My friend and I felt that it was disrespectful and unprofessional, moving home is a stressful enough process as it is, but the complete lack of care from KFH has made this move 10 times worse. We still have yet to hear for KFH about how they are going to make this better. We are really disappointed.

Recently viewed a property to rent, the photos were clearly very old & didn't reflect the state of the property at all (it had damp, leaks, black mould, stained carpets). If the photos had been an honest reflection of the property we wouldn't have wasted time out of working day to view it.
Also they add you to their mailing list without getting permission, something I'm pretty sure is against GDPR laws now. Emailing us properties but with the only information on file being my contact details & that we have a dog. Not how many bedrooms we need, or that we need parking, what areas we'd consider, what our budget is!

After a long search for a flat to rent in Highgate/Archway/Tufnell Park, we now have a lovely flat in Highgate thanks to Safia Mostafa at KFH Highgate.
We had worked with almost all the estate agents covering these areas, but most tended to send properties that were not suitable for us, or they would not know enough about the property.
Safia, on the other hand, was excellent - she was always helpful, responsive and understood what mattered to us. We have just bought a flat through KFH with Chris Taylor's help. He really is incredibly good at his job. If you scroll down you can see the 'seller's perspective (a post by Liam) and he reports that Chris worked tirelessly on their behalf. I have to say that we felt the same.
Chris did make it clear that he was acting for the sellers but he was always helpful to us, clear and straightforward. He sorted out details he could have left to us and helped us manage the awful panel solicitor. Even a few weeks after we have taken possession he is still responsive passing on messages and generally being supportive. My husband and I have had an excellent service from Bradley Proud at KFH in Highgate. Whilst we are looking, Bradley would only show us properties that met our requirements (unlike many agents who keep sending you 2 bed flats to review when you're looking for a 4 bed house!). He was thoughtful and diligent but we never felt like we were being pestered. And he was flexible and knowledgeable. Bradley and all the team @KFH were customer service stars! They responded quickly to queries and were always prompt in returning calls. Bradley went 'over and above' to help push though a sale and handled communications between lawyers and buyers fantastically.
However the negatives were that we felt that the flat was over valued by KFH which potentially slowed down the sale, and during a viewing some items were broken - and we felt this could have been dealt with better by KFH.

We dealt with Bianca Marchini who spent days actively looking for properties to show us that could match what we were looking for and when we couldn't attend the viewings due to work commitments, she went as far as Facetiming me at work.

I am renting a room in property managed by KFH for 7 months. For 2 of these months I have not have a door on my bedroom as it came off its hinges and KFH have been glacial in replacing it, despite frequent reminders and requests for updates. We are still waiting for confirmation of when this will be replaced. Additionally, the washing machine regularly (70-80%) stops midway through the cycle and has to be restarted. KFH have said that since it technically still functions they have refused to fix/replace it. They don't deal well with the upkeep of the property.

I have recently purchased a flat in Highgate through KFH. Specifically through Mark Elliott at KFH Highgate. As a first time buyer I was (and still am) very green to the ins and outs of buying a property. I had met a number of agents and viewed a number of flats prior to meeting Mark and I can honestly say that the service Mark provided was above and beyond what I had experienced previously. Mark was insightful, extremely helpful and was willing to take the time to try and understand the type of property that I was looking for. He was patient when I wanted to return for multiple visits to a single property and gave me excellent advice along the way to help give me clarity in terms of my next move.
When I did find the property that I ended up buying, Mark was never pushy in terms of offers etc. Just the opposite in fact. He gave me the insight and knowledge to make confident offers on a property that I really wanted.
I can't thank him and KFH enough. If and when i buy or sell again, KFH will, without doubt, be my first and only port of call.

We had a really stellar experience with the Highgate branch of KFH, and more specifically with Bradley Proud (our sales negotiator). We were shown a flat that fitted our exact requirements, which is no small feat with our "first-time buyers" budget in London. Any questions that we asked were answered on the spot, which reflected a solid knowledge of the asset being sold. Bradley took us through the negotiation process in a way that felt responsible, efficient and respectful to all parties involved (and there were many, as our sellers were in a chain). We've been in our flat for three months now and couldn't be happier. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends or work with him again when the time is right!

Was really impressed with KFH Highgate. We went through them when renting a property in the area and their staff were really professional and friendly which made the usually hideous task of moving house much more bearable. They helped us every step and I really liked their use of digitally signed documents as it just makes everything so much easier.

I have bought and sold through Shaun Cunningham at KFH on a number of occasions over the past 4 years. The service that he and the other members of the team give is first class. They make the process of buying and selling easy and hassle free. It is solely because of Shaun that I referred another sale of mine to the Belsize Park office - I hope he got recognition for this.
If you are selling in and around Highgate, I'd strongly recommend that you use Shaun and the rest of the guys at KFH in Highgate.

A couple of agents from this office have sold properties of varying shapes and sizes to two of my friends as well as myself now. They are very level-headed, transparent and trustworthy and also very good at letting you know about new properties coming on to the market. I know it's in their interest to do this - but some estate agents can seriously go AWOL! I also dealt with the Belsize Park office and the guys there are pretty good too and make time for any viewings no matter how awkward. I'm very happy with the property I ended up with!!! :)
