An extremely helpful and responsive company while our warehouse was available for rent. Always offering advise/comparisons etc while our building was being marketed with them, it did not stop there once a tenant had been secured, they were still on hand during the legal process. Paul Quy must never sleep as he was sending emails outside office hours even answering the phone early on a Sunday morning – customer service at it’s best. I instructed Lisa & the team at Kirkby Diamond to manage my commercial property & existing tenants. Friendly people but replying to emails & achieving realistic time sensitive targets doesn't seem to be in their DNA. Frustrated they were not replying to my emails & with my tenants invoices well overdue I ended up issuing the rental invoices myself. I also booked the fire safety service myself to keep the building compliant. After running a successful award winning business myself for 24 yrs I find this fundamental lack of service unacceptable. I have now been invoiced a £500 abortive set up fee which adds insult to injury !... Read more
