Outstandingly professional and always attentive Chris and his team at Labram Homes were instructed to market two local building plots with planning permission to local developers. After having numerous other local estate agents value and quote, I was impressed from day one by Chris’ professionalism, always being very quick to respond to any contact by phone or email, and also valuing the plots at the correct market price which he achieved. Update with Regards to Business owner's response: Please familiarise yourself with the relevant regulations. You cannot fly a drone around most of Farnborough. See attached info from The Civil Aviation Authority / NATS. You also did not even apologise for flying your drone into my garden. - - - They sold a neighbours property. They used a drone to take pictures which firstly is illegal to do so around the vicinity of Farnborough Airport. Secondly, the drone was flying into my garden to take wider shots of the property, which I didn't appreciate nor did they ask permission to do so.... Read more
