We had a really positive experience working with Lyndsey and the team whilst finding a rental property. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, transparent and handled with real professionalism. Her extensive knowledge and great relationship with the landlord was reassuring. Communication was always prompt and clear, and we felt fully supported at every stage.

Richard Dryden and his team have been unfailingly calm, courteous and helpful throughout my recent sale, helping me ditch a time wasting purchaser, and then persuading me - quite rightly - to stick with the glacial speed of another purchaser. The tortoise got there in the end, and we’ve just exchanged contracts. Richard, Priscilla and Eden deserve my huge thanks for their support. My tenancy was transferred by landlords to Laskowski & Co in July 2025. Within days I had met Millie and she viewed the property and asked if there was anything I needed addressing. Within days of officially taking over the management of the property, they had installed something as simple as a handrail in the shower. An item that is invaluable to me.
Every time I speak to anyone at the office, nothing is too much to ask and they are all so incredibly polite. I just feel sorry that they also have to deal with the addition of management company for the block of flats, which in occasions can be frustrating.

I used Chat GPT to identify the best agent in Falmouth based on reviews and other available data from Rightmove etc. Laskowski was top of the list, and they deserve that place there. I dealt with multiple members of the team and they all have a culture of straightforward honesty and problem solving which I found most refreshing. As I do not live locally I relied upon them to organise cleaners and various other things which they did efficiently and without complaint or asking for extra money. Enquired about two different properties on two different occasions and received the same treatment each time. Our family had been given a section 21 and had a very short amount of time to find a new place to live (which I know is nothing to do with this business or their staff) so we’re very eager to at least get a viewing. We left our details and nothing. We would call them to ask what was going on and each time we were told the person dealing with the property was not in office and would call back. This went on for weeks. And as you can probably guess, we never got a call back. Is it just unprofessionalism or discrimination? Either way, we would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Meeting with a professional estate agent and dealing with a company who actually support you as a buyer as best they can, was very welcome and refreshing. Although we weren't the first choice of buyers our luck came in a few months later and we did end up making that property our home.
Lawsowski & Co's team put all of their efforts in to help the sale go through before Christmas, which meant working in a very quick time frame.
We are now happily living in our dream location and property! We will always be grateful for the service that they provided to both us and the seller to finally 'get us over the line' and into a home after almost 2 years trying.
