Do not trust this agency. They will take all your personal information and then disappear. They sell a lie about waiting for landlords response and then start ignoring your messages. We will be filing a formal complaint about this company as we believe they are using people’s details for ulterior reasons as for no reason should they require NI number for initial application before approval.

I rented a home from Leafy for over two years, and overall, it was a great experience. The house was well-maintained, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. I really enjoyed the atmosphere—great company, good energy, and a place that genuinely felt like home. It was a really positive and memorable time.

The move-in process was straightforward, but once you actually need support the agency is nowhere to be found. I reported that my shower wasn’t working over a week ago — basic necessity, not a luxury — and I’ve had no response at all despite following up. A week without a functioning shower is unacceptable, and the total silence from the office shows how little they care once you’ve signed.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency.

I stayed in a Leafy Estates property for a year, and it was such a positive experience. The place itself was beautiful and well looked after, felt very safe and secure, and I was always comfortable living there. The agents were great to deal with, especially Zamin, who was always quick and effective in sorting out anything I needed. But it wasn’t just him, the whole team was prompt, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure I felt looked after. Really grateful for the care and suppor. I carry this experience with me as a very positive memory of my time in London.

This agency is a complete disgrace and an insult to professionalism. For over two weeks, they have wasted my time with empty excuses and lies about “waiting on the landlord.” Their complete lack of communication, failure to follow up, and blatant disregard for clients’ time is shocking.

If you value your time and sanity, avoid this agency at all costs. They clearly have no respect for clients or their own commitments. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and frustration that no one should have to endure when looking for a property.

Well first of all unprofessional. I contacted them for a room viewing and one lady said to me she will send me the address by WhatsApp at 5:30 pm on the same day. I received a text at 8 pm saying if I was still interested for the room. Like I was the other option as others opt out. After 2 days they book me in for a viewing by WhatsApp at 3:30 pm. One of them called me at 3:32 pm and I missed the call. Call them back at 3:34 pm and no answer, same after sending a text message at 4 pm and contacting the office at 5pm.

Amazing ??????

Myself & my wife applauded our exceptional year long stay at your property. Your team’s responsiveness was so swift. Leah, one of the agent who helped me and went an extra mile for me to get the accommodation with ease.. She was approachable, she gave me all the details and requirements I need in order to get the let. It was a smooth transaction. She is an amazing asset to the company.

The house is nice like a deluxe room hostel. It has nespresso machine, microwave and a small fridge. Television and laundry is included and we have our own toilet too, room is spacious and it has a huge window.
The kitchen is really huge with 2 sink and 2 set of gas hub with 4 burners each. We also have our allocated cupboards and spaces in the fridge. Laundry is perfect since it has washer and dryer. And i love the view from my window.

The staff is also responsive when it comes to our concerns, you will feel they care for our comfort.

The only issue is the sound proofing of the flooring, because we can hear the top and bottom floor when someone is talking loud. But nonetheless, I recomment this agency because they offer nice lettings and reasonable price for a couple but a bit expensive for just single occupancy.

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
