We completed sale which all went well, on removing of sign 3 weeks later the sign was taken and pole thrown in my garden. They had also snapped of a fence panel off. I ask for this to be fixed a member of there team and looked and said they will have it fixed the next day. The next day arrives and the people who came for the post took post and my panel and left, they deny the any of the posts being there when they arrived. We spoke to Leighton snow who have now said nothing they can do, so I am stuck with a broken fence. Not useful at all.... Read more

Leighton came and valued the property himself and ran through the different services and packages he provides, once a package had been agreed Gemma became our main agent/point of contact and has been excellent throughout, excellent presentation of the property and superb communication. The property sold within the week and the communication has continued to be excellent. Leighton recently sold our mothers home in Bramhall when she sadly had to move into a care home. From our first contact over the phone I knew he would probably get our instruction! The house was a large undeveloped home and Leighton was really on top of the market for this type of property. He gave us some very innovative ideas to think about on how to market the property which we were keen to try. Most importantly he and Gemma were so kind and empathetic. The team were always on hand and Leighton would always call back as soon as he could.
